The company needed a way to manage records for hundreds of operators, laborers, and staff members spread across multiple project sites.
The system tracks not just basic employee details but also important documents (ID proofs, certificates, contracts), employment status, skills, site assignments, and provides rich analytics on workforce distribution — helping management make informed staffing decisions.
Built on PHP/MySQL with secure file upload handling for document storage (Aadhaar, PAN, certificates). The role-based access system restricts site managers to only see their assigned employees. Advanced filtering supports combination of 8+ parameters simultaneously with query optimization for fast results on large datasets.
